One of the tallest buildings L&W has ever executed.

Provenance India is a leading luxury real estate developer based in Mumbai, with a rare record in hospitality. The group was the first to bring an international hotel operator, Hyatt, to India in 1980, and the first to bring Four Seasons to the country in 2003.

Since then it has moved into residential and commercial development, recently delivering a high-rise residential tower branded, serviced and managed by Four Seasons. Its next chapter is a set of Grade A commercial towers at Worli, developed in collaboration with GIC and designed by Gensler. The development stands among the tallest buildings being executed by L&W.

The structure is RCC up to ground level, then a composite structural steel frame the rest of the way up.
