The programmes behind the words
A vision becomes meaningful when it is supported by concrete actions. At L&W, three group-wide programmes do.
Build to Grow. Cultural alignment is developed through training, not assumed. In 2019 the group invested in a modern residential technical and training centre in Bengaluru, and close to 2,500 man-days of cultural training have been conducted there so far.
HYPHEN. A digital platform built specifically for L&W, bringing the group's applications together enabling project sites and support functions to collaborate using the same real-time information. ERP and HRMS systems run across the company as it moves towards a paperless, agile way of working.
Sustainable development. Mobile apps at every project site capture and monitor the daily consumption and conservation of natural resources, with a holistic sustainability policy being put in place to govern these efforts.
At group level, the subsidiaries let customers hand over the whole brief: L&W Building Solutions for interiors, landscape and home building; Invreco for precast, structural steel, M&E, façade, and plant and machinery; L&W Realty for property development.
