01 · Façade
Engineering the building's face.
From design to construction and post-completion assessment, our team takes an integrated approach to every aspect of façade engineering. Five systems cover the full envelope:

02 · MEP
Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.
L&W undertakes a wide range of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, keeping the systems behind the architecture in the same hands as the structure itself.

03 · Structural steel
Fabricated in Devanahalli,
erected in sequence.
Fabrication runs at our Devanahalli factory under a covered area of approximately 30,000 sq ft, which keeps quality and safety fully under control. Present capacity stands at 200 metric tonnes a month.
After fabrication, every member is painted to the project specification, then loaded onto trailers carrying part mark numbers in the exact sequence of erection and sent to site. What arrives is ready to go up, in order.

04 · Precast
Cast in Chennai, finished on site.
Precast concrete is produced by casting concrete in a reusable mould, curing it in a controlled environment, transporting it to the construction site and lifting it into place. Our manufacturing facility is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
The service does not stop at manufacture. We also transport, lift, install and finish every element we cast.
