Long-term goals
Five goals that shape how L&W grows: culture first, then innovation, digitalisation, hands-on training and partners who share the standard.
Goal 01
Every colleague must be aligned to L&W's culture and way of working. That alignment is what keeps raising the bar on our performance, and the Build-to-Grow training programme is how we achieve it.

Immediate priorities
Five priorities in force today, starting with the one on our letterhead: building with integrity.
Priority 01
'Building with Integrity' must be followed in both letter and spirit. Strictly no exceptions.

Priority 02
Keep your communications simple and to the point.

Escalations raised to heads of department must be resolved swiftly.

Priority 04
Every leader has the responsibility to develop more leaders from the people working with them. Developing the second level is a must.

Priority 05
As a responsible contractor, L&W is committed to measures that minimise negative impact on the environment and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. A holistic sustainability plan is in the works.
