L&W Construction Private Limited is the Indian arm of Lee Kim Tah–Woh Hup, a partnership of two of Singapore's oldest construction houses. We came to Bengaluru in 2006, won our first contract from Ascendas in 2008, and have been delivering complex construction projects across India ever since.
We specialise in design and build: one team, one point of responsibility, from the first drawing to the day the keys change hands. High-rise residential, townships, commercial towers, IT parks, industrial complexes, malls and hotels, delivered as D&B, development or general contracts.

Complete corporate fit-outs under D&B, GC and BOQ models. Landscape services from design through construction and maintenance: paving, decking, water features, irrigation, lighting and green walls. Item-rate and lump-sum civil contracts for factories, towers and villas.

Specialist works
Façade engineering from unitized curtain walls to spider glazing. MEP works. Structural steel from our 30,000 sq ft Devanahalli factory at 200 tonnes a month. Precast from our Chennai facility, made, moved, lifted and finished. Plus a full plant and machinery fleet, tower cranes to excavators.
