The project involved Developing the Structure, Masonry, M&E Works, Interior Works in Key Common Areas, Landscape,External Signage & External Lighting along with Façade &Façade Signage. The project comprised of designing and building of both the external and internal areas, which housed the Club & Dining Area, Open Restaurant with Bar Counter and for recreational purpose, a Billiards Room, Squash Court, Kids Activity Room, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Gymnasium with a Cycling and Mind & Body Studio, along with Lockers & Shower Rooms. An ambitious project for L&W, the Talwalkar’s Club at Pune was developed successfully and delivered in 12 months.
