Provenance India is a leading luxury real estate developer based in Mumbai. The group has a rich history of delivering marquee hospitality developments, being the first to bring an International hotel operator, Hyatt to India in 1980 and subsequently the first to bring Four Seasons to India in 2003. 

Over the years the group has forayed into Residential and Commercial developments, having recently delivered a high rise residential tower to be branded, serviced and managed by Four Seasons and upcoming Grade A commercial towers at Worli and in collaboration with GIC which is one of the tallest buildings being executed by L&W. 

Building is configured to be RCC upto Ground floor post which it’s composite Structural steel frame.
