L&W Technology & Innovation Centre Opening - May 2019

 

L&W recently launched a state-of-the-art Technology & Innovation Centre along with a modern residential Training Academy in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The objective of this academy is to provide need-based trainings to its Employees at all levels to make them competent and well-equipped to fulfil the professional responsibilities. This includes :

• Leadership development

• Technical training

• Skill upgradation

• Soft skills

Trainings at this centre are designed and conducted with an integrated approach keeping L&W’s objectives and values at its core. The training programmes are enabled,administered and monitored continuously for effectiveness through integrated Learning Management System (LMS)

• Eminence Block : Training space for 150 Professionals

• Emphasis Block : Collaborative Working Space for 150 Professionals

• Habitat : Living Space for 57 Professionals

• Conference Rooms

• Recreational and Gym facilities
