L&W was involved in a Multi Tenanted Building (MTB4) for Information Technology Park Ltd. (ITPL). The project was a Design & Build Project with EPC. It also comprised of M&E Services viz., Electrical DG, HVAC, PHE, Fire Protection System, Lift, Building Management System, Public Address System, CCTV and Access Control System. This project was started in July 2017 and completed in April 2019.
