Coming from a family of two of Singapore’s oldest construction companies nearing their 90th year landmark, L&W tion started business in 2006 in Bangalore, India mainly to cater to the construction needs for its own property development projects. In the next two years, the company provided design, master planning and project management consultancy services, which helped get a better understanding of the market.

 

In 2008, under the leadership of Mr. Asaithambi Manickam, the company was awarded the first construction contract by Ascendas for construction of the Phase III of their Taramani campus in Chennai. From then, the company has expanded its presence by setting up regional offices in Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Madurai with a dedicated 650+ strong workforce in building and civil works.
