    1. Detail the model to the required LOD (Level of detail) as per the contract with the necessary information gathered from the relevant sources.
    2. 4D, 5D modelling.

    4. Proficiency and practical working knowledge of Autodesk’s Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) software required
    5. Preparation of detail drawings from the model for site fabrication

Asst Manager /Dy Manager  – QA & QC :- 2 Post
  1. Location : Bangalore
  2. Qualification : DCE / BE CIVIL  
  3. Experience:8 – 12 years (Preferably Construction industry)
  4. Job Scope :
    1. Implement, Monitor and continuously improve the QA/QC process as defined in the company's IMS.
    2. Establish GPT Schedule and arrange & conduct QA Awareness & GPT Training to existing staff and new recruits
    3. Updating and maintain training records & GPT schedule
    4. Conduct briefing to site staff on Quality procedures / work instructions related to their scope of works and Responsible of coordinating for audit with Auditors.
    5. Ensure In-process inspection at various stages as defined in the IMS
    6. Prepare project Quality appraisal report and submitted to Project Manager and Hod QA/QC
    7. Conduct in-house assessment on Quality of works on Structural/Arch/M&R / Field Test as per agreed sampling plan.
    8. The QA/QC Engineer will conduct bi-weekly system compliance surveillance audit to verify the implementation of respective Inspection & Test Plan related to Structural / Architectural / M&E Works. Audit findings will be reported in the “Bi-Weekly
    9. Arranging accommodation for onsite employees by co-ordination with various branch offices and to continuously improve the quality of services by visiting and studying the overseas location.
Engineer  – QA & QC :- 3 Post
  1. Location :Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore
  2. Qualification :DCE / BE CIVIL  
  3. Experience: 5 – 8 years (Preferably Construction industry)
  4. Job Scope :
    1. Conduct various site inspection, preparing daily / Weekly quality report, defect accumulation for the project, corrective preventive action and also prepare of project quality plan, method statements, inspection test plan.
    2. Support HOD in coordination and close out of quality audit reports and NCRs, attend and provide secretarial support to HOD Quality of meetings with site Quality team.
    3. Must be excellent in preparation daily/weekly/monthly quality reports on Excels/Power point
    4. To implementing, monitoring and improving the procedures described in the quality management system.
    5. To conduct daily site walk and monitor work methods against inspection & test plan and QA/QC system. Raise QA/QC observations & propose corrective & preventive actions in conjunction with project manager & relevant site staff. Monitor & follow up on action items.
